PWSD#1 is a vital water utility based in Owensville, MO, primarily serving the Peaceful Valley Lake Estates community. The district is responsible for delivering safe drinking water through a network of local pipelines.  We also provide safe and efficient wastewater and sewer disposition through our state of the art treatment facility.
